Aladdin

This year Thorner did Aladdin has the Winter Musical. I begged Sadie to try out and she was adamant she wouldn't but I finally convinced her for a pedi and manicure. She tried out and got the role of Jasmine. I was so excited for her and we listened to her sing every night in the shower. The play was a huge hit and she did so well. I wish I could put up her solos but it won't go. Here are a couple of pictures of her in costume and with friends from school. Can't wait for next year's show!!

Busy Times

These past few weeks have been busy. The girls were playing every weekend in the State Cup and made it to the quarterfinals. They played really well, even with the crazy weather. I got a new video camera for Xmas and was able to record their games and could pull out a few action shots. It is fun to see them in action. They also performed in the county Oral Language festival. Payton and Sadie both did Verse choir for their age groups. They did amazingly well and both placed third with their teams. At first they were bummed because they expected to win but the competition was amazing. It was a great experience for them. They sure keep us busy with all their activities!!
